Important information, so your holiday can start right away!

The prices are on a per person / day basis in a double room including half board with a stay of at least three days.
There are 5,00 euros per person / day drawn off from the half board price for rooms with breakfast only.
For unclaimed meals there is no discount.
On the day of arrival you can move into your room at the latest at 3 p.m.
On the day of departure we kindly ask you to release your room until 10 a.m.
Single rooms are available only on request!
On request we also accommodate your small domestic animals with pleasure. Nevertheless, they are not admitted to the dining room and our wellness area. We charge a small fee of 15,00 euros (without catering and basket).
Your reservation becomes obliging with receipt of your deposit at our house bank whereby you also accept the general conditions, as well as in particular the contractual clauses of our hotel. The deposit can be withheld as a cancellation fee.
Methods of payment: Cash, Maestro, VISA, Mastercard. We do not accept cheques!
Cancellation: Sounds and is irritating for everybody involved. It is a pity if not everyone arrives and therefore rooms remain free, although other guests would have come with pleasure. Therefore, the general clauses of contract apply which are printed on your reservation confirmation.
In case of late arrival, early departure or non-arrival we charge 80% of the agreed price.
Travel cancellation assurance: If something happens before you start your journey, with our cancellation assurance you are financially on the save side. Whether you should not be able to start a booked stay at all, arrive late or have to leave early, cancellation fees can be settled according to EU directives. To keep you off any expenses in such cases, we recommend you to conclude our travel cancellation-assurance, so the Europäische Reiseversicherung bears the expenses.
